Sonoita's Canela Bistro will offer a special Winemaker's dinner as part of our Red Release Celebration. They will serve a five-course dinner, each course thoughtfully prepared to pair with each of the five new red wines. Joan and Winemaker Tim will be there to visit and discuss the new wines.
