Ian and Rhian
Although they live in New York City, our son Ian and his wife Rhian have been a big part of Canelo Hills, from design (Rhian created our logo and labels) to grunt labor.
Karla
Karla Pelz is one of Kathryn's best friends and an important member of the Canelo Hills family. A grad student in wildlife management at the U of A, she helps run events, bottles wine, and runs the tasting room when we're away.
Planting Crew
Groups of friends toiled in the vineyard for our two big plantings, 2005 and 2006. They worked for lunch and the chance to adopt a vine planted that day.
Harvest Volunteers
Each year we round up volunteers to help us bring in the harvest at Canelo Hills.
